In this role you will be accountable for:
•Driving development and implementation of Claim Customer Experience strategies.
•Leveraging & Developing Analytics to Support Strategic Execution
•Building consultative partnerships within Claim & across Travelers to influence & inform outside-in strategy design
•Preparing executive-level presentations & supporting materials
•Supporting initiatives to promote the brand, generate traffic, improve retention and loyalty and create customer excitement for Travelers products.
